The work:
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to align workflows with organizational strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs
Design and support Pega based business architecture solutions
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross functional working sessions
Develop business cases and recommendations for proposed enhancements
Partner with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives
Support change management activities and assist teams through process transitions
Here's what you need:
3+ years of professional experience
Hands on experience with Pega in business architecture or process design contexts
Expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), workflow analysis, and process optimization
Strong background in requirements gathering and documentation
Familiarity with process mapping and requirements management tools
Ability to translate complex processes into clear and actionable insights
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving consensus
Bachelors degree strongly desired
Must have active Top Secret clearance
Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Arlington, VA
Bonus points if you have:
Pega certification (Business Architect, System Architect, or related)
Experience with process automation tools
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
Experience delivering end to end process transformations
