WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Plan and manage MAC jobs.
Obtain necessary resources, plan, and schedule work.
Oversee Planner Board management.
Place job "placeholders" on the Planner Board without technician assignments.
Submit procurement requests and coordinate procurement and delivery.
Complete project closeout documentation and update systems accordingly.
Manage job-related communications.
Conduct kickoff calls and coordinate scheduling with customers.
Submit billing requests.
Forecast job scheduling with a four-week lookahead based on Promise Dates.
Oversee project closeout and handoff to Service.
Create NCCO quotes and submit them through NetSuite for approval (DOA).
Adhere to NCCO SOP guidelines for MAC jobs.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams.
Experience with ERP systems and developing reports for management review.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
