The Assistant Maintenance Technician will respond to service requests and perform daily preventive upkeep to ensure apartment communities remain in excellent condition. They will also assist with unit turns, repairs, and the maintenance of common areas while ensuring all work meets safety and company standards.
Candidates must have basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work Saturdays and participate in an on-call rotation are required.

At CAF Management, Assistant Maintenance Technicians are essential to what makes our apartment communities feel like home. From daily service requests to preventive upkeep, you’ll support the maintenance team in delivering fast, reliable, and high-quality work for our residents.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in fixing things the right way, and is looking for a long-term career path in property management. Many of our Lead Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors began in this role—and grew with us.
