Mục tiêu chính của vị trí
Đây là vị trí phụ trách quản lý và xử lý đơn hàng cho kênh Modern Trade (siêu thị, chuỗi bán lẻ) từ lúc nhận PO đến khi giao hàng và hoàn tất chứng từ. Đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa Sales, Logistics, Planning, Finance và khách hàng để đảm bảo đơn hàng được xử lý chính xác, giao đúng hạn và đạt Service Level.
✅ Nhận và xử lý đơn hàng (PO) từ các khách hàng MT như Mega, Lotte, WinCommerce...
✅ Kiểm tra tồn kho, giá bán, CTKM, hạn mức tín dụng trước khi xác nhận đơn hàng.
✅ Nhập và quản lý đơn hàng trên hệ thống DMS/ERP.
✅ Phối hợp với Logistics sắp xếp giao hàng, theo dõi tiến độ giao nhận và xử lý vấn đề phát sinh.
✅ Chuẩn bị và quản lý chứng từ: PO, Invoice, Delivery Note, WCM documents.
✅ Theo dõi KPI Service Level (OTIF), hỗ trợ giảm thiểu phạt từ khách hàng MT.
✅ Làm việc chặt chẽ với Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics và khách hàng.
✅ Cập nhật dữ liệu khách hàng, sản phẩm, giá bán và chương trình khuyến mãi trên hệ thống.
✅ Tham gia các dự án cải tiến quy trình và tự động hóa quản lý đơn hàng.
