Responsible for assisting the Treasury Manager in a broad range of treasury activities including:

• Preparing loan drawdowns, rollovers & settlement letters to the bank
• Preparing banking and trade finance forms
• Monitor banks loan especially relating to interest and loan related payments/processes and advise on loan interest accruals to Controllership team.
• Assist in preparing Group’s (bi-)monthly cashflow forecast to ensure sufficient cash and liquidity.
• Assist in analysis & monitoring Group’s weekly bank balance.
• Assist in tracking and analysis of foreign exchange.
• Assist in tabulating and monitoring of bank covenants.
• Facilitate bank account management including account opening, closing, and changing signatories.
• Liaise with banks on treasury ops and cash related matters.
• Assist in preparation of reports for Group CFO and internal stakeholders.
• Assist and/or execute on any other tasks as assigned by Treasury Manager

Requirements:

• Prior Treasury experience is an advantage.
• Good written and oral skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
