You will provide personalized customer service to help clients find jewelry while achieving individual and store sales targets. Additionally, you will handle operational tasks such as stock replenishment, merchandising, and general store housekeeping.
Candidates must possess exceptional one-on-one selling skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs. You must also be able to work productively within a team and maintain flexibility to work across a seven-day store roster.
