What you'll be doing  

Our sales team will help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Your duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. Your goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

•   Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

• Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards

• Maintain a fully stocked store

• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

• Recommend and display items that match customer needs

• Welcome and greet customers

• Manage point-of-sale processes

• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments

• Keep up to date with product information

• Accurately describe product features and benefits

• Follow the Group policies and procedures

What you’ll need to succeed  

• Must have experience in retail for more than 1 year

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Comfortable handling products such as confectionery, tobacco, and alcoholic beverages.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of stock management, merchandising, replenishment, and inventory handling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
