The inspector packer is responsible for inspecting finished goods for visual and physical defects and packaging them according to quality standards. They must also maintain production records, ensure area cleanliness, and alert technicians to any machine or quality issues.
Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and demonstrate a history of excellent attendance. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to cover overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
