The Deckhand ensures passenger safety and vessel security during ferry operations, including handling mooring lines and transiting locks. Additionally, the role manages toll collections, ticket sales, and performs general custodial and maintenance tasks on the vessel.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a TWIC card. Minimum one year of customer service experience is required, with a preference for two to three years of cashier or accounting experience.
