As an HR Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to people leaders and a catalyst for high-performing teams. You will bring practical HR expertise, sound judgment, and data-driven insight to the moments that matter—helping managers coach, develop, engage, and retain talent while creating a consistent, positive employee experience. Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate is an adaptable HR professional who combines strong employee relations judgment with business acumen, curiosity, and a passion for helping people and teams succeed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partner, employee relations, or manager coaching experience in a plant and/or distribution center
Demonstrated ability to advise leaders, resolve complex people matters, and balance employee experience with business needs
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to use data and insights to inform recommendations and improve outcomes
