Responsible for handling demands related to labor lawsuits, inspections, and audits within the HR Shared Services Center. This includes consolidating evidence, monitoring operational deadlines, and creating dashboards to track demand indicators.
Requires a degree (completed or in progress) in Law, Administration, or HR, with experience in administrative or legal support routines. Proficiency in Office is required, while knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Power BI is desired.
