The Quality Assurance Administrator is responsible for tracking and managing the flow of medico-legal assessment reports to ensure timely processing and delivery. They also handle document formatting, verify report questions against letters of instruction, and maintain accurate records within the company's database.
Candidates must have a relevant post-secondary or community college education and at least 3 years of experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably within insurance or healthcare. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are required, with medical terminology knowledge considered a strong asset.

This role is essential for tracking and managing the flow of assessments reports, ensuring timely receipt, formatting, and documenting each step in Smart Simple to support smooth processing. Quality Assurance Administrator also handle final report preparation and delivery and maintain accurate records.
