The Development Manager will lead a team of employees and contractors to deliver insurance solutions while establishing governance and architecture standards. They will also oversee solution design, code quality, and the adoption of modern tools and AI within the software development lifecycle.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, at least 8 years of professional application development experience, and 4+ years of leadership experience. Proficiency in Guidewire Insurance Suite, Java, GOSU, and modern Agile methodologies is required.
