This is a high-impact role within a small, fast-paced in-house legal department at Iteris, Inc. This individual will operate with significant independence and autonomy, leading work streams and projects across intellectual property portfolio management, corporate governance, contract administration, litigation support, and legal operations. The ideal candidate thrives wearing multiple hats and brings a leadership mindset, functioning as a trusted partner to C-Suite and executive level leadership and outside counsel. Candidates who are energized by ownership, variety, and the opportunity to shape how a legal department operates will find this position especially rewarding.

Iteris anticipates paying a base salary between $86,500 and $96,300 for this role. Actual pay offered may be below or above these amounts, depending on the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
