You will be responsible for processing asset seizures and judicial investigations by coordinating with public authorities and managing client files. This includes blocking assets, collecting necessary documentation, and executing payments while ensuring legal deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate must have an excellent command of Dutch and a very good level of French, with English being a plus. You should possess strong prioritization skills, high risk awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You will be responsible for the full processing of asset seizures and judicial investigations:
Receiving and sorting requests from Authorities (Ministry of Finance, Public Prosecutor’s Office, Bailiffs)
Creating daily case files and blocking clients’ assets
Proactively contacting clients to encourage voluntary payment to settle the debt (when possible)
Collecting the necessary information and documents to build the files
Reporting information to the Authorities
Executing payments of the amounts due to the Authorities
Following up on ongoing cases
