You will advise clients on complex employment law and social security matters while managing legal dossiers and HR-related documentation. Additionally, you will support reorganizations, conduct HR audits, and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Law and possesses approximately three to five years of relevant experience in employment law. Strong technical knowledge of labor contracts and social security, combined with a proactive and analytical mindset, is essential.

Je combineert technische expertise met een pragmatische aanpak en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines om (inter)nationale klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team van experten binnen BDO, waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en persoonlijke groei centraal staan. Tegelijk krijg je de autonomie om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en, klanten te adviseren.

Als Senior Consultant ben je een vaste sparringpartner voor klanten en collega's. Je werkt aan een brede waaier van sociaalrechtelijke dossiers en bouwt stap voor stap verder aan je technische expertise en adviesrol.
