The Claims Handler is responsible for the end-to-end management of automotive insurance claims, including analysis, negotiation with stakeholders, and resolution. They also handle administrative tasks, maintain client communication, and interpret damage statistics to improve internal processes.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in insurance, economics, or law, with at least 3 years of experience in claims management. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required, along with strong administrative skills and mastery of MS Office.

Jouw functie
Als schadebeheerder ben jij dé referentiepersoon voor jouw klanten. Jij zorgt voor een optimale afhandeling van hun schadedossiers en staat klaar bij vragen, problemen of klachten.
Je analyseert dossiers grondig, onderhandelt met klanten, tegenpartijen, verzekeraars, experts en advocaten, en werkt telkens een efficiënte oplossing uit binnen de afgesproken termijn.
Je beheert elk dossier van A tot Z: van opening, opvolging en betaling tot afsluiting en klassement. Daarnaast neem je ook de agenda en postbehandeling ter harte.
Samen met je collega’s stel je schadestatistieken op en interpreteer je deze om processen verder te verbeteren.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Claims Handler Automotive motivé(e) afin de renforcer notre équipe à Bornem. Vous travaillerez in-house chez un acteur international et renommé du secteur automobile, où la qualité et l’orientation client sont au cœur des priorités.
Êtes-vous un(e) professionnel(le) orienté(e) client, qui assure le suivi des dossiers dans les moindres détails et communique aisément dans deux langues ? Alors, nous avons le défi idéal pour vous !
Fonction
En tant que gestionnaire sinistre vous êtes en charge d’obtenir un règlement optimal des dossiers sinistre de vos clients et vous êtes la personne de référence en cas de problèmes et contestations. Vous analysez les dossiers sinistres profondément; vous négociez avec des clients, parties adversaires, assureurs, experts et avocats; et vous élaborez chaque fois une solution qui est satisfaisante et efficace en tenant compte du délai limité. Vous traitez chaque dossier de A à Z: de l’ouverture des dossiers, suivi, paiement jusqu’à la clôture et le classement. Vous vous chargez aussi de la gestion des agendas et du courrier. Vous établissez et interprétez les statistiques de sinistre en collaboration avec vos collègues.
