Sales Consultant - GraduateThis role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What you’ll do :

As a Graduate Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for offering solutions to help our customers operate and maintain their environments.

Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify business needs and propose tailored service solutions
• Support the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and follow-up
• Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Stay informed about market trends and client challenges

What We’re Looking For :

• Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months with a focus in sales/marketing, computer science, international business/management, finance/economics, or related.

• Fluent Dutch and English

• Strong interest in sales and client relationship management

• Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude
• The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results
• A collaborative, solution-focused spirit and overall sense of urgency
• The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
• Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
• Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions
