Your responsibilities

As Order & Delivery Advisor you and your colleagues will be responsible for the complete management of vehicles ordered from us. Between 15 and 20,000 vehicles, bikes and energy cards are ordered, registered and delivered every year. You guarantee qualitative and timely handling of these orders, registrations and deliveries of their vehicles.

Your main tasks?

  • You ensure that all administrative steps of the files assigned to you are completed correctly. To this end, you are in frequent telephone contact with our customers (drivers, garages, fleet manager, etc.) and, of course, your colleagues from other Ayvens departments.

  • You gather the necessary information for drawing up contracts, orders and invoicing.

  • You also know how to improve the quality of processes and further optimise systems. With us, you get the space to put your ideas into practice yourself.

  • You are a sparring partner for the ODE Manager and together with her, you know how to take the department to the next level.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position.

  • You have strong thinking and reasoning skills and are able to map and optimise existing processes.

  • You like administration, organisation and structure are important to you.

  • You can handle deadlines and like a brisk pace of work.

  • You are customer-oriented, have good communication skills.    

  • You have a problem-solving, entrepreneurial and innovative approach.

  • You work equally well independently and in a team.

  • You are perfectly bilingual NL/FR and fluent in English
