Werken als Customer Service Coordinator

Als Customer Service Coordinator zorg je ervoor dat onze producten, prijzen en content feilloos beschikbaar zijn voor klanten én collega’s. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams, beheert cruciale tools en processen, en zorgt ervoor dat onze digitale en retailkanalen altijd up‑to‑date zijn. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen category management, e‑commerce, retail, supply chain en customer operations. Een rol met impact, dynamiek en veel afwisseling.

Jouw rol als onze Customer Service Coordinator

  • Samenwerken met Category Managers — Je ondersteunt de Hardware & Handset Category Managers bij portfolio, pricing, promoties en forecasting, in samenwerking met o.a. e‑commerce, retail en go‑to‑market teams.
  • Operationeel beheer van de PIM‑tool — Je wordt eigenaar van onze Handsets & Hardware PIM‑omgeving en beheert alle productdata.
  • Productcreatie & contentbeheer — Je creëert nieuwe producten in de PIM‑tool, inclusief foto’s, specificaties en correcte koppelingen voor onze e‑shop.
  • Prijsbeheer & promoties — Je laadt prijswijzigingen tijdig op in de systemen zodat campagnes correct starten, eindigen en weergegeven worden.
  • Stockopvolging — Je bewaakt de digitale voorraad van handsets & hardware en werkt samen met supply chain voor rapportage en opvolging.
  • Retailondersteuning — Je zorgt dat prijslijsten en prijsinformatie voor retailkanalen correct worden geüpdatet en gedeeld.
  • Aanspreekpunt voor interne teams — Je ondersteunt CID‑collega’s met informatie en helpt mee de customer journey te verbeteren via proces- en visuele optimalisaties.

Jouw profiel als onze Customer Service Coordinator

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig — Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in sales, communicatie of een digitale richting.
  • Nauwkeurig & verantwoordelijk — Je werkt precies, neemt ownership en vindt snel oplossingen.
  • Ervaring met hardware of systemen — Kennis van handsets, hardware, operationeel beheer of digitale tools is een plus, maar leergierigheid is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Retail & content savvy — Je voelt je thuis in retailprocessen, productinformatie en digitale contenttools.
  • Teamplayer met afwisseling — Je werkt graag samen met verschillende teams en houdt van variatie in je taken.
  • Sterk in multitasking — Je combineert moeiteloos meerdere projecten en houdt de machine draaiende.
  • Taalvaardig — Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands of Frans én Engels.
