As Product Owner CVP Team, you will be the strategic compass and execution engine for our product portfolio at Telenet Residential and SOHO. You will lead a team of CVP managers to deliver market-defining solutions. Your leadership will ensure that every product decision is grounded in data, inspired by customer needs, and aligned with our long-term vision.
You guide a core team of CVP managers who work across departments with multifunctional teams to identify opportunities, shaping proposition strategy and translating customer, market and business insights into impactful commercial initiatives.
Your responsibilities as a Product Owner CVP
Shape the product vision and strategy: translate market trends, customer insights, and business goals into a clear, actionable roadmap
Drive product execution excellence: ensure teams deliver high-quality releases on time, leveraging agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
Champion customer insight: lead discovery initiatives, user research, and data analysis to deeply understand customer pain points and opportunities.
Measure what matters: define and track KPIs that reflect both product performance and customer satisfaction.
Own the full product lifecycle: (from concept to sunset) crafting data-driven pricing strategies, building compelling business cases, and ensuring every product decision maximizes customer value and business impact.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation: champion rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and continuous improvement to deliver breakthrough solutions and keep our products ahead of market trends.
Align stakeholders- collaborate with engineering, design, digital, sales, GTM, customer ops and finance sales to ensure cross-functional alignment and shared ownership of outcomes.
You lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary CVP and product team, building a high-performing, accountable culture focused on engagement, continuous learning, and future-ready capabilities.
Our Ideal Product Owner CVP
10+ years of relevant experience in product management, commercial or proposition-related roles.
Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch, ideally in fast-paced complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
Your are an experienced and inspiring leader who combines strong commercial instinct with the ability to bring people, ideas and strategy together.
You are curious about customers, attentive to market evolution, and able to turn insights into concrete opportunities. You bring structure to complex challenges, ask the right questions and help teams move from ideas to action with clarity and focus.
You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and know how to align different stakeholders around a common story and direction.
Mastery of product strategy frameworks, customer research methods, and agile delivery practices.
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to inspire teams, to influence stakeholders and create alignment across different levels of the organization.
Telecom experience is a strong plus.
