En tant que Chargé(e) des relations écoles / Campus Manager, vous êtes l'ambassadeur/ambassadrice de mc2i sur les campus. Votre mission principale est d’étendre et de piloter notre présence au sein d'un portefeuille d'écoles cibles (écoles d’ingénieur, de commerce et universités). En adoptant une véritable démarche commerciale, vous développez de nouveaux partenariats tout en garantissant l'attractivité de notre marque employeur sur un marché du conseil ultra-concurrentiel.
Développement commercial et Prospection :
Identifier et prospecter de nouvelles écoles cibles à haut potentiel pour étendre notre rayonnement.
Convaincre les directions d'écoles et les responsables relations entreprises de la valeur ajoutée de mc2i pour construire des partenariats durables et exclusifs.
Négocier la mise en place d'actions à forte visibilité (conférences, business games, hackathons) au profit de nos besoins de recrutement.
Gestion et animation de partenariats stratégiques :
Piloter et dynamiser un portefeuille d'écoles.
Agir en tant que porte-parole de mc2i auprès des étudiants, associations et équipes pédagogiques.
Gérer une relation de haut niveau avec des interlocuteurs variés C-level (Senior Partners, Directeurs de programmes, décideurs externes).
Ingénierie de projets et Marque Employeur :
Concevoir, déployer et suivre le calendrier opérationnel des actions de marque employeur.
Différencier mc2i dans un marché saturé en proposant des formats d'intervention innovants et impactants.
Pilotage de la performance :
Suivre les KPI de performance (ROI des partenariats, taux de conversion, sourcing candidats) avec une culture orientée résultats.
Analyser les tendances du marché pour ajuster notre stratégie.
Formation : Bac +5 (RH, École de commerce ou équivalent), avec une première expérience réussie en recrutement, relations écoles ou développement commercial.
Compétences commerciales : Vous avez une âme de "chasseur/chasseuse" : tenace, force de persuasion et à l'aise avec la prospection/négociation.
Soft Skills : Excellentes capacités relationnelles, esprit d'analyse, réactivité et autonomie. Vous savez naviguer dans un environnement complexe et concurrentiel.
