The HRBP will manage social dialogue, oversee CSE meetings, and ensure legal compliance across French entities. They will also provide operational HR support and legal advice to managers regarding labor relations and contract management.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Labor Law or Human Resources with a legal specialization. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically involving multi-site CSE management and legal advisory, is required.

Nous recherchons un profil HRBP avec une solide expertise Relations Sociales pour rejoindre l'équipe People dans le cadre d'un CDD de 7 mois

Poste basé à Paris 11ème - hybride (3 jours/semaine au bureau)
En étroite collaboration avec la Head of HR France, vous pilotez le dialogue social et garantissez la sécurité juridique sur l'ensemble de nos entités françaises (Deepki, Nooco, Sobre Energie) :
Suivre le calendrier social
Préparer et sécuriser les ordres du jour, dossiers et supports pour les réunions CSE
Organiser les instances et veiller au respect strict des procédures d'information-consultation (délais légaux et conventionnels)
Participer activement aux réunions CSE, finaliser les procès-verbaux (PV) en lien avec les secrétaires de CSE
Centraliser et instruire les échanges avec les élu.e.s (questions, réclamations, droits d'alerte)
Administrer et maintenir la fiabilité de la BDESE
Piloter des groupes de travail thématiques (ex : RPS...).
Participer activement à la préparation des négociations (NAO, temps de travail ...)
Réaliser les recherches documentaires et études d'impact juridique
Rédiger les projets d'accords collectifs et en assurer le suivi administratif complet.
Apporter un conseil juridique fluide et pragmatique à l’équipe HRBP et aux managers sur les sujets RH courants (disciplinaire, inaptitude, ruptures de contrat)
Garantir une application uniforme des règles sociales et maintenir un climat social constructif.
Master 2 en Droit Social / Droit du Travail ou Ressources Humaines avec spécialisation juridique
Expérience confirmée de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire (incluant la gestion de CSE multi-sites/entités et le conseil juridique RH)
Compétences clés : Rigueur, autonomie, capacité d’adaptation et capacité à apporter des scénarios d'arbitrage clairs à la Direction
Bonnes qualités relationnelles, pragmatisme et capacité à « désacraliser » les relations sociales pour être un(e) interlocuteur(trice) reconnu(e) et accessible pour les élu.e.s et managers.
