You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software projects, managing planning, execution, and cross-functional team alignment. This role involves driving project milestones, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

As part of the UK Project Management team, you will be central to how Shift delivers for its clients.
You will own complex, client-facing projects from planning through execution, bringing structure, clarity and momentum across Delivery, Data Science, Product, Engineering, GTM and customer teams.
This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who is already comfortable operating independently, but who also values coaching, feedback and continuous development. You will be expected to anticipate issues before they escalate, challenge ambiguity, improve how we work and bring practical ideas that strengthen delivery.
