Position Overview
We are hiring a skilled Kronos/UKG Analyst with strong experience supporting UKG Workforce Central (WFC), Workforce Dimensions (WFD), or UKG Pro Workforce Management for U.S. healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and workforce rules, and must be comfortable working directly with U.S. clients to resolve issues and deliver enhancement support.
This role requires working night shift aligned with U.S. Eastern Time and is open only to immediate joiners based in our Hyderabad office.
Key Responsibilities
System Support & Administration
Provide L1/L2/L3 application support for Kronos/UKG timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave management, and workforce rules.
Troubleshoot system issues, punch errors, pay rule conflicts, configuration defects, and integration failures.
Monitor system performance, batch cycles, and timecard data to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Client Interaction & Collaboration
Engage with U.S. healthcare clients to understand operational requirements and provide timely support.
Conduct requirement clarification sessions, solution demos, and training as needed.
Deliver clear and proactive communication regarding open tickets, resolutions, and enhancements.
Configuration & Enhancements
Support configuration changes to pay rules, shift templates, rounding rules, attendance policies, and scheduling rules.
Test new features, fixes, and system updates in coordination with technical teams.
Collaborate on system upgrades, migrations, and rollout of new modules.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare documentation for enhancements, knowledge base articles, SOPs, and configuration guides.
Ensure stringent adherence to healthcare compliance practices, including HIPAA, and secure handling of PHI.
Support UAT cycles, regression testing, and approval workflows.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Kronos/UKG Analyst supporting Workforce Central, Dimensions, or UKG Pro WFM.
Strong functional and configuration experience in:
Timekeeping
Scheduling
Accruals
Attendance Policies
Pay Rules & Work Rules
Experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients (mandatory).
Proficiency in troubleshooting workforce management systems and integrations.
Strong communication skills suitable for interaction with U.S. stakeholders.
Willingness to work night shift (Eastern Time).
Preferred Skills
Experience with UKG Dimensions (WFD) advanced modules such as Forecasting, Advanced Scheduling, or Activities.
Familiarity with SQL, reports, custom WIM interfaces, or API-based integrations.
Knowledge of payroll interfaces and healthcare staffing models.
Participation in implementations, upgrades, or system optimization projects.
