Nuestra División de Bienes de Consumo está enfocada en apoyar a marcas, minoristas y fabricantes para que lleven al mercado productos seguros, de calidad y elaborados de manera ética. Día con día, nuestros inspectores, auditores y técnicos de laboratorio contribuyen a proteger productos de uso cotidiano, como ropa, calzado, juguetes, artículos para bebé, electrónicos, electrodomésticos y muebles.
Descripción del empleo
Brindar soporte directo a QIMA México en dos frentes: reclutamiento integral de posiciones abiertas, incluyendo entrevistas y comunicación en inglés con candidatos y líderes; y la administración y el cumplimiento normativo del área de Recursos Humanos conforme a la Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT) y las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas aplicables.
Responsabilidades principales
Reclutamiento (ciclo completo)
Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección de principio a fin: publicación de vacantes, sourcing, filtro curricular, entrevistas y gestión de ofertas.
Conducir entrevistas (pueden darse en inglés nivel B1-B2) con candidatos y personal interno durante los procesos de reclutamiento.
Coordinar el proceso de onboarding (proceso de incorporación) y offboarding (entrevistas de salida, bajas administrativas, gestión de la recuperación de activos y pagos de finiquitos/desvinculaciones).
Gestionar documentación de ingreso.
Dar seguimiento durante el periodo de integración.
Elaborar y dar seguimiento a los contratos laborales.
Integrar y mantener actualizados los expedientes de personal conforme a los requisitos legales.
Brindar atención y orientación a los colaboradores.
Elaboración de reportes internos.
Normatividad y Cumplimiento
Administrar y dar seguimiento a el cumplimiento de las Normas Oficiales Mexicanas de RH emitidas por la STPS, incluida la NOM-035 (factores de riesgo psicosocial).
Apoyo a la documentación, trámites y auditorías relacionadas con cumplimiento laboral.
Apoyo con el cumplimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.
Requisitos
Licenciatura en Psicología titulada (o)
Inglés nivel intermedio / avanzado (B1/B2) capaz de comunicarse con fluidez conversacional y conducir entrevistas de reclutamiento en inglés
Certificación en herramientas de inteligencia artificial aplicada a RH (deseable)
Mínimo 2 años en roles de RH generalista o reclutamiento, idealmente en empresas multinacionales o de servicios
Dominio de reclutamiento de ciclo completo, conocimiento de normatividad STPS/NOM (especialmente NOM-035), manejo de expedientes y contratos laborales, y uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial para optimizar procesos de RH (sourcing, screening, documentación).
