Group Employer Branding Specialist
We are looking for a Group Employer Branding Specialist to join our team and help bring our employer brand to life.
About the Role
In this role, you will coordinate Group-level HR events, support employer branding campaigns, and contribute to strengthening our employer brand both internally and externally. You’ll play an active role in building a positive employee experience and increasing our attractiveness as an employer.
Main responsibilities:
Plan and execute employer branding activations, including Group-level HR events, job fairs, and internal meetups (e.g. Growww MeetUps, HR MeetPoint, Coffee Corners).
Develop event concepts, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders independently.
Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.
Support vendor coordination and related administrative processes.
Contribute to employer branding consultancy projects and manage smaller tasks independently.
Monitor trends in employer branding, event management, and community building, and propose relevant solutions Use employer branding data and tools to support target achievement.
Support the Employer Branding team in planning, delivery, and documentation of projects.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Group Head of Recruitment & Employer Branding.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level roles included)
Fluent English and advanced MS Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
