Leads the operational and financial strategies of Passion City Church, overseeing HR, IT, facilities, and finance across all entities. Ensures the stewardship of physical spaces and manages high-level relationships with civic communities and legal counsel.
Requires over 10 years of executive leadership experience in finance or operations, preferably within ministry or nonprofit sectors. A bachelor's degree is required, while a CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.

The Senior Buildings Manager leads the day-to-day care, operation, and readiness of all Passion City Church locations. This role helps create environments where people can gather, encounter Jesus, and experience all that He is doing through Passion. This person carries ownership of building operations, leads the Buildings Team with clarity and consistency, and helps steward our spaces with excellence so that every environment supports the mission.
