The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting on hotel revenues across various outlets to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. Additionally, they manage guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries during the overnight shift.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to operate computers and cash registers. An accounting background is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the physical ability to stand for 90% of the shift.

Audit, balance and report on the various areas of the hotel (e.g. food and beverage outlets, rooms/front desk, gift shop, etc.) to provide accurate, timely information and to ensure company and Hotel policies and procedures are followed and to prevent fraud. Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
High school education or equivalent experience.
Accounting background preferred, but not required.
