• Manage the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, dining ware, and back-of-house work areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead and supervise the stewarding team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and control departmental costs, including supplies, equipment, chemicals, and labor expenses.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate manpower effectively based on operational needs and business demands.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence.
• Work closely with other departments to support seamless hotel operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Promote sustainability, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department.

仕事内容

• 厨房機器、食器類、およびバックオフィスエリアの清掃・整理整頓・維持管理を行い、円滑な運営を支える。
• スチュワーディングチームの指導・監督を行い、業務が効率的かつ会社基準に沿って遂行されるよう管理する。
• 衛生管理、安全管理、および関連法令・社内基準の遵守を徹底する。
• 備品・設備・洗剤類などの在庫管理を行うとともに、人件費を含む部門コストを適切に管理する。
• 業務量や運営状況に応じたシフト作成および人員配置を行う。
• 定期的な点検を実施し、課題の特定と改善策の実行を通じて業務品質の向上を図る。
• 他部署と連携し、ホテル全体の円滑な運営とゲスト満足度の向上に貢献する。
• サステナビリティ、安全衛生、および継続的な業務改善の取り組みを推進する。

• Previous experience in housekeeping, stewarding, cleaning operations, facilities management, food service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain operational standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks.
• Japanese language proficiency is required; English language skills are an advantage.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.

応募資格

• スチュワーディング、清掃業務、施設管理、飲食業、ホテル業界、または関連分野での実務経験を有する方。
• チームリーダーまたはマネジメント経験をお持ちの方歓迎。
• 優れた業務管理能力およびマルチタスク対応能力を有する方。
• 衛生管理、安全管理に関する基本的な知識を有する方。
• 在庫管理やコスト管理の経験をお持ちの方。
• 高いコミュニケーション能力を有し、他部署と円滑に連携できる方。
• Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）の基本操作ができる方。
• 日本語での業務遂行が可能な方（必須）。英語力をお持ちの方歓迎。
• 変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応し、主体的に業務へ取り組める方。
