Requires a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in maintenance or a related field. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior maintenance experience or experience in related field.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to read and write English.
Must show basic understanding of math.
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
