The General Manager is responsible for all operations during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls. They must ensure strict adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and store image.
Candidates should have previous experience working their way up in the restaurant industry. Some college education is mentioned as a possible asset, along with the ability to provide own transportation to work.
