Job Title: Senior Manager of Service Integration & Management (SIAM)
Location: Krakow, Poland (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Job Description: We’re on the lookout for a strategic, collaborative, and experienced Senior Manager of Service Integration & Management (SIAM) to drive high-performing IT services that align with business needs. This is a critical role where you will shape the future of service integration within a multi-supplier ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving end-to-end service integration and performance across multiple IT providers.
Implementing ITIL and SIAM best practices to improve service quality and governance.
Monitoring SLAs, supplier performance, and service compliance, reporting KPIs to senior stakeholders.
Resolving escalated issues and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and supplier collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within IT Service Integration & Management or IT Service Delivery.
Strong expertise in ITIL frameworks, SIAM principles, and multi-supplier service models.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team-building capabilities.
Ability to analyze complex service ecosystems and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
ITIL Expert or SIAM certification preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
