Your role
As Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and executing procurement projects and activities across Global Procurement categories. You will manage sourcing tasks, support strategic procurement initiatives and ensure that procurement decisions are aligned with business needs, supplier market dynamics and LEO Pharma’s procurement policies.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing procurement projects and tasks such as Work Orders under LEO MSAs, direct purchases, tenders and RfX processes
Supporting strategic procurement projects led by Category Managers, Business Partners and Senior Procurement Specialists
Negotiating agreements and contracts to secure the best possible terms and conditions for LEO Pharma
Conducting review meetings with key stakeholders across Global Procurement and relevant business areas
Participating in Supplier Relationship Management activities, including governance, supplier evaluations and dispute resolution
Ensuring procurement activities comply with internal policies
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Min 2 years of professional experience in procurement (sourcing and contract management)
Business insight within the pharmaceutical industry
Effective communicator with resilience in a fast‑paced environment
Proven ability to build relationships and work across cultures
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
