Lead basic to moderately complex installations and renovations, managing costs, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and code enforcement officials to ensure seamless project execution from pre-installation to start-up.
Requires an Associate degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or a high school diploma with relevant experience in construction scheduling or installation. Candidates must be able to travel up to 75% of the time and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will work closely with the Sr Manager, Installation & Renovation services. You will be responsible for leading basic to moderately complex installations for assigned territory, providing project management, and installation services. Responsiblties also include financial performance of major and/or multiple construction and retrofit projects. You will be responsible for the quality of the installation and customer satisfaction. You will represent STERIS Corporation and its interests in job-site decisions affecting daily operations, delivering installations and ensuring Customer satisfaction from pre-installation through start up. Territory assignment will vary in size and scope and expand at the discretion of the Sr Manager.

Pay range for this opportunity is $68,637.50 - $88,825.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
