THE OPPORTUNITY
Gilmartin is looking for a Business Development Analyst to support our growing business. The person in this position will help to further develop and execute our business development activities as well as support ongoing processes.
The Business Development Analyst will report directly to the Managing Director, Head of Business Development. In addition, attending pitch meetings, they will be responsible for maintaining our database of potential and pitched clients as well as determining new prospects. They will collaborate to develop additional sourcing networks then create outreach programs for potential new clients and relationship building. This will include, but not be limited to, staying abreast of healthcare industry trends, attending conferences, and creating constructs to cross reference venture investors, board of directors and existing clients to drive referral patterns. The expectation is for the person in this role to develop relationships with client team leaders throughout the firm as well as potential referral sources which strengthen over time.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can move adeptly in a fast-paced environment with little oversight. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multi-task and a problem solver who is resourceful. We are results driven and prioritize culture over everything else with a high-level focus on professionalism and collaboration.
