Candidates must hold a New York State license in a therapy practice area such as PT, OT, or SLP, along with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 5-10 years of clinical experience is required, with management experience strongly preferred.

Ensures the successful coordination and delivery of the day-to-day operations, including patient care, IT functions, medical record management, personnel recruitment and management, statistical monitoring of activities, QI initiatives, physician relations, compliance with regulatory requirements, ambulatory revenue cycle, operational budget management and promotional and marketing initiatives.
