The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting patients, collecting demographic and insurance information, and entering data into the electronic medical record. They also assist with scheduling, verify insurance eligibility, and provide financial information to patients.
Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of experience in revenue cycle and customer service, along with basic computer proficiency. A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this role.
