The Primary Therapist conducts individual, family, and group therapy for patients with eating disorders, mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. They are responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and possess a valid Maryland therapy license. Depending on the level (I-IV), requirements range from a provisional license to a Doctorate in Psychology with significant caseload experience.

Schedule: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday 9:00 am-5:30 pm. Working onsite at Eating Recovery Center's adult and child/adolescent PHP and residential programs in Hunt Valley, MD. Active Maryland therapy license required.
The Primary Therapist conducts individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress and eating disorders; conducts individual and family therapy and/or family education sessions; develops each patient’s individualized treatment plan; and works with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan.
