Provide neurobehavioral health services to elderly residents in long-term care facilities using a multi-disciplinary approach. Partner with specialty clinicians to ensure holistic continuity of care for patients with neurocognitive and psychiatric conditions.
Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and a current LCSW or LMHC license. Requires the ability to work autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with GuideStar Eldercare you will provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, you will partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.
