Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in strategy, operations, or data analytics. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required for this role.
DaVita is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and results-driven Senior Analyst to join the Growth arm of DaVita’s National Hospital Services Group (HSG) Strategy & Operations team. In this role, the Senior Analyst will lead critical reporting, design automated solutions, and partner directly with HSG’s Operations, Business Development, Clinical, Marketing, and Finance leaders to turn complex data into actionable strategy and insights. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and a critical thinker who enjoys partnering with cross-functional leaders to elevate the experience of HSG’s 750+ hospital partners, accelerate HSG’s growth and advance DaVita’s comprehensive kidney care continuum.
