The LVN/LPT provides recovery-focused medical treatment and medication administration to clients in a crisis stabilization unit. They are responsible for implementing direct care in accordance with established standards and safety policies.
Candidates must hold a current LVN or LPT license and possess valid CPR/BLS, First Aid, and CPI certifications. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance are required for transporting clients.

What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care.

Expected starting wage range is $27.23 - $33.66. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

The Windsor Center is a short-stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that offers 24/7 services to adults and youth. The Windsor Center aims to increase access to crisis services, reduce inpatient hospitalization, reduce the amount of time that law enforcement is involved in a mental health crisis, and strengthen the existing outpatient behavioral health services.
