Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with two years of direct mental health experience, or an associate degree with one year of experience, or a bachelor's degree in social services. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance are also required.

Under direct supervision, the Case Manager II serves as a primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Days: Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $23.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
