In partnership with twenty-six Counties and Mental Health Departments across California, Psynergy provides rehabilitation and specialty mental health services to individuals afflicted with complex and chronic mental illness. We do this in an enriched residential environment where through support, skill-building and treatment clients have created thriving environments and communities of care. About You
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) with experience working in a treatment environment supporting individuals diagnosed with a chronic mental illness (ex: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD). As a Rehab Specialist, you will be part of an amazing team of Mental Health Service Providers, Nurses, Therapists and Psychiatrists providing the highest level of outpatient treatment to this underserved population.

Your role as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) is to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assist clients retain, practice, and learn new skills that will help prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and stabilize housing. The goal is to see clients through their individual recovery process and to celebrate graduations from treatment back to home counties, families, and friends. As a MHRS you will be:
