Candidates must hold a Master's degree and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). A minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience and a current unrestricted state license are required.

Summary:
The Regional Director of Psychological Health serves as a senior behavioral‑health leader responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating psychological health services across an assigned Army Reserve region. This role ensures consistent delivery of evidence‑based care, compliance with program standards, and effective integration of psychological health resources that support Soldier readiness and resilience.
