The Senior Manager will lead the development and implementation of an enterprise assurance framework to strengthen governance and accountability across Transport for NSW. They will manage a high-performing team to drive assurance maturity and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
Candidates must be accomplished line 2 enterprise assurance or line 3 internal audit professionals with extensive experience in complex environments. The role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, proven ability to design and embed frameworks, and strong leadership capabilities.

In this role, you'll:
You’ll lead the development and implementation of an enterprise assurance framework that strengthens governance, performance and accountability across Transport for NSW (TfNSW).
By leading a high-performing team delivering enterprise-wide assurance outcomes, you’ll drive assurance maturity, continuous improvement and organisational capability, whilst maintaining strong relationships with senior executives and specialist assurance functions throughout TfNSW.
This temporary position for up to 18 months is governed by our hybrid working model, which forms part of the organisation’s Flexible Working Arrangements and associated procedures. This includes a combination of required onsite attendance at our Elizabeth Street office in Sydney CBD and approved remote working.
