The Housing Specialist assesses client housing needs and assists them in securing permanent housing through applications and community resources. They act as a liaison between clients and landlords while maintaining accurate case records and progress notes.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with two years of experience in the human services field and knowledge of trauma. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
