Candidates must hold a CPA designation with at least 4 years of post-designation experience and 2 years of supervisory experience. Demonstrated expertise in change management and project execution is required.

The Manager, Practical Experience role is responsible for supporting the transition of the CPA Professional Program by developing and implementing policies, processes, and resources aligned with new program requirements, with a particular focus on employers and mentors. The role also plays a key part in ensuring effective change management throughout the transition.
As the CPA Professional Program undergoes significant changes, this two-year temporary position will be dedicated to supporting the implementation and successful adoption of the new program framework. The position oversees two direct reports and reports directly to the Director, Practical Experience.
CPA Alberta has offices in Edmonton and Calgary and provides hybrid Telecommuting opportunities (working from home a maximum of 3 days a week).
