What You Will Do:
The Archibus SME will serve as a trusted advisor to a federal client, providing expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of the Archibus Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and best practices for rolling out a variety of Archibus functionalities across the enterprise.
Responsibilities May Include:
Advise the client on Archibus capabilities, configuration options, and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.
Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation of Archibus modules.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
Lead or assist in the configuration of Archibus modules, ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
Oversee data migration, system testing, and validation activities.
Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of Archibus functionalities.
Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.
Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.
What You Will Need:
Ability to obtain a SECRET federal security clearance
TEN (10) years of experience implementing Archibus
Deep understanding of the Archibus architecture and database structure
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience working within the Department of State
Experience working in an Agile environment
Background/experience in facilities management, real property, and asset management
AutoCAD experience with creating and editing floorplan drawings
Experience writing SQL, JavaScript, and Java
Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate systems implementation
Experience in presenting communications and/or training related to Archibus functionality
Experience creating User Guides and User Acceptance Testing scripts
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
