Lead and collaborate on architectural solutions and workplace strategies for complex Federal and Public sector projects. Manage multiple projects through all phases from pre-design and conceptualization to construction documentation and administration.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 5-10 years of experience in commercial, civic, or institutional projects. Proficiency in Revit is required, with a strong understanding of building systems, sustainability, and accessibility codes.

You are collaborative by nature and enjoy both teaching and learning from others, understanding that the best design comes from exploration and the exchange of ideas. You are a proactive and creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, as well as a good communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors while balancing the demands of multiple projects at various stages of development. And finally, you have a deep understanding of technology, workplace and building performance, and sustainability strategies in design and construction.
